Does Turbulence Training Have a Meal Plan?

Many exercise programs come with the caveat that the best results are achieved through a combination of the exercise program and by dieting and eating right. Unlike other exercise plans, Turbulence Training doesn’t have a meal plan and doesn’t call for special foods or hard to make recipes. Instead of a prescribed meal plan, Craig Ballantyne’s program includes easily adaptable suggestions for better eating.

The most basic and effective suggestion the turbulence training review program makes is eliminating excess sugar by reducing the amount of processed foods consumed. While this may mean cooking more at home for some people for others, it might just mean making smarter choices when eating out.

Processed foods are laden with sugar and they hide sugar in the ingredient list by calling it fructose, sucrose, or corn syrup. All of these sugars are equally detrimental to weight loss and eliminating processed foods from the diet entirely is the fastest way to cut these sugars out and lose weight in conjunction with an effective exercise plan.
